I am not here to make people mad but here to express my fellings and opinion. So don't take it personal.

Why should it matter if forms and the driving test are in other languages? I do not bother me at all. I am German, French. Irish and Native American decent. At one point of time  my ancestor had to learn English. I am sure it wasn't the first generation maybe not the second but they did. Let’s help the legal immigrants out by being hospitable.
