Sara,   You are right, time WILL tell.  I still wake up sore after a good workout.  Then I look in the mirror and cannot believe how far I have come.  You guys are doing great, stick with it.  You will like who you see, trust me!

I am glad that Fox and the Health Zone have changed it so that you have separate trainers.  That was one area that we struggled with...all of us trying to make it to the gym at the same time to work out with one trainer.  The pool is fun.  Enjoy it!
