I agree, quite irritating.  I am still not convinced this is a driver issue.  Microsoft's software is indeed not using the same frequency to tune to that it finds in the initial scan, because they have it set up to use the frequencies in the FCC database or they get from the guide folks at ZAP2IT.  This is obviously a horrible ...
