This we do know,every time the police show up and murder someone they scream ''they were on drugs''.I know people that take drugs,I work in a pharmacy where you see all the drug addicts with their prescriptions.This where the real drug abusers are.Maybe I will call the police,some of them need to be put out of their misery.
