Is it hard to find the right person to vote into office, and then when you think you voted for the right person ... it turns out they just didn't cut the mustard?
That is for sure, you said a mouth full on this topic. Of course we have to watch what we say, cause we can be SUED. The internet is being checked for statements used. Look what the people did, when they not only VOTED for BUSH, but re-elected him, and look how they're talking about him now. That is what will happen on this election, that is why people really need to CHECK on whom they are voting for, before it's too late. Youth, race, popularity, speaches, change, etc. isn't what a president is about, it's HOW QUALIFIED are YOU to RUN a country, especially in AMERICA. McCain will say one thing, and Obama may be against it, then Obama will change to what McCain had said. Not on every issue though. I see so many statements changed, and you can't run a country on changing your stance all the time. Just because McCain was in the wars, doesn't make him a leader, yes, I'm EXTREMELY PROUD of HIM, but he has done his time for America already, by defending America. It's time for him to rest and enjoy the time he has left, and be PROUD of who he is, and what he has done for this country. From what I've heard, Obama never spent one day defending America. I feel a President should have spent time in the service, to be QUALIFIED to be elected as a President. Another person can say they didn't SALUTE our FLAG, but when you're running for President, you shouldn't have to be told to SALUTE the FLAG or wear a pendant (flag), or Pledge Alligance to the Flag. I can't really get past that. (cricket)
