City of Tulsa Budget

Of all the rant and raving on what this city is spending there money on.

Noticed that certain departments got 100% of what they asked for, like Museums and such, while the Fire Department got less than half, with the streets getting only a small percentage of what they asked for, what message are the citizens of Tulsa supposed to take away from this?
