    Friendly Neighborhood Cox

    Has anyone heard about this?
    <snip>
    "Cox Communications in Atlanta said it has had usage caps on its Internet plans for three years. Consumers who go over the limit will be warned first, usually by e-mail, after which they will have service suspended until they call customer service. Spokesman David Grabert said customers appreciate that Cox has "clearly communicated ... what our limits are.""

    I have had Cox since I have been here and never, ever heard about this. Now granted, the last Cox bill I got in the mail was over 4 months ago (See post office thread). Yet I never heard about this. Looking at my bill, I see nothing to this effect either. Anyone else hear about this ditty?

    I am thinking this would be more toward ban width usage.  If you read the contracts, I believe hosting a server is prohibited.  So I am more inclined to believe this is the issue that actual time on the net.
