Once again, a child is killed by a parent, once again DHS was told of the abuse by several people a year ago almost to the day, again,nothing was done to save this child. How long will this be allowed to continue. What is wrong with people? This big guy hit this little boy in the stomach twice with his closed fist, then beat him with a belt because the child soiled his pants. I would like to have a few hours alone with that big lard a&& pig, child murdering bully! This makes me sick to hear about this stuff, makes me want to go out and put some serious hurt on those folks who do this to kids. Heard they let the woman who killed her kids to get attention from her husband out of jail, she got 25 years, got credit for time served by taking classes and getting degrees, did lilke 4 years for smothering her baby, and they let her go, this was'nt the first time, it was a regular thing she did for a long time, Now she is working for the public defenders office as a secretary, no wonder so many people kill kids, they get nothing for it but a great education, and a free ride from society, if we made those peoples lives miserable for the remainder of their days, they would'nt do these things so much.  Can I change species? I don't want to be a part of the  human race any more, humans are sick and disgusting animals.

haha, now Rogers county DHS is coming under fire because of incompetence.  And to think, I couldn't get a job with them.  I think I'm going to quit interviewing with different DHS offices.  It's obvious that everyone I've interviewed isn't interested in anyone that wants to really dig in and help.

  I went through a period that I thought I wanted to work for DHS, I began paying close attention to them because of the intrest, and guess what? Once I really began watching and seeing, it cured me of ever wanting to be a part of that mess. I think you dodged a bullet personally, you are so fortunate they did not hire you, can you imagine the guilt you would feel if you had been the one who let that kid in Claremore be killed because of your indifference?  And on the flip side, if you were the kind of person it would'nt bother, or the kind of person who can justify something like that, you would'nt have any business at all working in that field in the first place. Maybe that is why they don't do a better job, people who care enough to do the job right, care too much to become a part of such a careless and totally sucky organization, so the only people who can do the job are people who don't give a sh** about anyone including the kids.

My daughters stepmother beat the hell out of her this weekend. IN Rogers county IN Claremore. When I went down there to file the report they really didn't take me seriously. The police officer wouldn't even look my daughter over to see her injuries. THAT is why babies are dying THAT is why kids are getting abused. People don't listen. This women dislocated my daughters shoulder, she pulled out chunks of her hair, several bones in her back and neck are out of place. Her ear was gashed open, and her face had a fist print on it. I filed a protective order against her today. It was granted. Patriot, I agree with you at this point. I am losing all faith in humanity and the justice system.

  I don't have that kind of restraint, I would have to hurt that thing, you need a good lawyer, take her to court, doesn't matter that it was her step mother, that is assault and battery on a minor.

Yep, been to almost all of them. 

Deleware County-10 times now.  Everyone else has been less than 3.  Except for Tulsa, I hadn't been contacted by Tulsa yet.

Tega-Make sure a doctor has looked her over and knows who did it.  A lot of times a doctor will turn it in.

Tega, if you need back up!! Just let me know.........I would go crazy if that happened to my child. I can only imagine how you feel. Thank you for sharing that, I am sure it is very hard to deal with. That woman needs to be taken out in the woods, chained to a tree and beat......

What would posses her to do such a thing? What does your ex think about this whole thing? Don't tell me he is going to stay with her. If my husband, which would be my oldest two's step father. If he ever did something like that. I dont care who is in the wrong. He would be HISTORY!! Those are my children, even if he did it to the children we have together!!!!

But on the bright side, child molestors and abusers have difficulties in prisons, its one of the times the Justice system works.

No. They didn't take me seriously until I spoke with a Sgt. When the deputy took my statement he just seemed to not really care. This is why babies die. Officials are busy running around harrassing parents who don't need to be harrassed and passing right by the ones who are the real abusers. I faxed over the Dr report and the Protective order and so far neither the SGT or the Deputy has called me back. The SGT did call me back saying it was being refered to the D.A. but that's about it. I assume they will go from there but I don't understand why she hasn't been arrested yet.

I just talked to Rogers County D.A. and they say they aren't pressing charges. They made this decision before they even saw the medical report. I think it's time to get a fews news stations involved. This is absolutely the reason kids are dying in that county. My daughters shoulder, ribs, neck and back bones are out of place and they don't consider that sufficient enough evidence to arrest this woman.

Tega-  I am so sorry that you have to go through this.  The police should be on your side...where else are you supposed to turn???  I dont know how you are restraining yourself.  Other than the physical abuse, is your daughter okay????  I am sure you can choose to keep her permanently now right, or will the law make you let them see her??  Obviously they do not like her company...Her Dad should get his A** beat for that...Does her step mom have any children of her own?  Have they experienced abuse before..build a bigger case and hope they cant turn away from the facts..The medical report should be enough...but like you said..nobody seems to care.  I care!!!  That is horrible of them.  DHS has never been a refuge for any children that I have known who needed assistance or care..child support.. reported abuse.. I am so sorry girl.
