Whats everyones views on this?
A girl named "Mary" called and reported all kinds of abuse going on. Texas, showing concern for the childrens safety, pulled them and investigated. They found that all the charges were false. Instead of returning the children, the state of Texas is now on a "Witch Hunt".
O.K., O.K., I know "Fry them".

But here's my issue, (And since DHS is a hot topic). Isn't the state of Texas going to far and what are the ramifications going to be on other cases?

This is a clear cut case of abuse of justice. If someone accused you of beating your kids, and the police took them and then found out you where innocent, Should they be aloud to keep your children and look for other evidence so they don't have to give them back?

The original charges were proven false, does that make them guilty for life?

They are in the buckle of the so called bible belt so anything out of the box that they do isn't going to be accepted. If the kids are being abused, shut it down. If not, back the hell off and let people live the way they want to live. There are all kinds of weird relationships going on in this world and as long as no one is getting hurt who gives a crap. Do as you will, harm none.

Had a problem with this anonymous report to begin with, was very suspicious when they initially could not find the girl, sounded like an excuse to get into those peoples business to me, still haven't bought the Branch Dividian story yet, they need to leave these people alone, it is not right for me, but it is the way they want to live, our government is getting too eager to control our lives, I don't know about you all, but I am not ready for the "thought Police" yet, and that is where it is all going.
