I have to admit - I thought Brooke was a goner... then when she was safe - I thought Jason was a goner... then Syesha... so I was way, way off this week.

Do you think this has become a popularity contest? And if that's true - who will be in the final two? The 2 Davids seem to get the highest squeals from the "mosh pit" on the show.

Who are your two picks for the finale?

I totally agree.  I was sure that Brooke and Jason were going to be the bottom two.  I was shocked.  I will admitt, I have never really liked Carly, but on Tuesday she did an amazing job.  I think the 2 Davids will be your final two.  Your top four will be Jason, Brooke, and the 2 Davids.  Crazy night.

It is my hope that there are bigger and better plans for Carly out there.  Brooke needs to end her pity stunts to get votes.  Her stage performance is that of a robot and her sad facial expressions  to gain sympathy from voters is sickening.

I think there’s several things that contributed to last nights voting debacle.

1. Rockers never do well on that show, even David Cook has been in the bottom three before.
2. There’s that anti American Idol website that has someway of calling in millions of votes each week trying to keep the worse performers on the show.

I agree with you on Brooke and her pity potty routine, it looked as though she was wearing thin on the other contestants last night as well.

Saying all of this I feel American Idol created a star with Carly and rightly so. When Carly came to the show she looked like someone that took tickets at carnival rides. She had absolutely no beauty appeal within herself. What American Idol did was show her how beautiful she really was inside and out and I feel this is the greatest achievement I’ve seen come from American Idol since its debut many years ago. I’m extremely happy with the person that Carly has become and the future that awaits her is truly golden!
