    Lawn mowing

I know this is not much of a workout unless your yard is a challenge.  I started my lawnmower for the first time in two years the other day.  It was hard to pull start, so I put in a new spark plug only to discover it still would not start.  Oh; I did not mow last year while I was recovering from chemo.  My brother-in-laws took over and did an excellent job.  Anyway, pulling on the cord can wear one out after about 15 or 20 minutes.  A neighbor, Drew, and I did everything we could imagine until we drained out all the gas and started over.  It fired up great then.  One can work up quite a sweat mowing the yard, trimming, etc.  I need to mow down the weeds and bag the remaining leaves this time around.  It will feel good this time of the year to get out and clean up the yard.

    Re: Lawn mowing

Even after you get your yard under control it still can be a good workout.  I always enjoy it.  At least once a week I get to get outside and loose myself in the hum of the mower.  It's kind of nice.
