3 Cups of self rise flour (must be the self rise kind)

3 Tablespoons of sugar

1 can of any beer you like (different beers make the bread different. Light, dark etc)

Mix your dry goods, toss in the can of beer, mix well (Wooden spoon is best)

It will be "gluey" pour it into a greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Thats IT.

This costs less than a dollar a loaf and it's best to cut it when it cools completely.

"Healthy' Cheesecake - fat free & sugar free

Here is a recipe that is yummy, high in protein, no sugar, no fat.

1 large container of FF cottage cheese

1 small container FF SF cool whip

1 box FF SF Jello CHEESECAKE flavored pudding mix.

Use an immersion blender or food processor and blitz your CC. Take all the lumps out so it is nice and smooth.

Fold in the whip cream.

Fold in the dry jello mix.

This tastes just like the filling of a cheesecake. It has the whipped consistency of those whipped yogurts. I made this, poured it into a pie shell, and topped with fruit, my co-workers loved it, and couldn't believe it was FF and SF.

Alternatives:

Use orange jello instead of cheesecake, and add some orange segments.

Use strawberry jello and add strawberries.

Cheese Burger Hoagies!

Cheese burger hoagies.

Ingredients:

Ground beef, Onion, green bell pepper, sliced cheese and hoagie rolls.

Fry ground meat, (not patties) like your making hamburger helper. (you know you moms out there know how to make hambuger helper) then add onions, bell peppers. You can add your own seasoning. I put season salt and black pepper. Drain.

Add about 10 to 15 slices of cheese, turn down to low and let the cheese melt.

You can pop some fries in the oven before you start.

Put what you like on your cheese burgers. Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo. Pickles. Whatever.

Then EAT away, YUMO as Rachel Ray would say.

There easy and fast to make, spec if your a working mom or dad.

Enjoy, my boys love them!!

Fragrant fish fillets in foil

  1 lb white fish fillets
  1 lime, sliced
  1 small onion, sliced
  1 teaspoon olive oil
  1 teaspoon oregano
  1 dash cumin
  1 garlic clove, minced
  2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, choppedd
*Place fish fillets in the middle of a double layer of heavy foil.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with all other seasoning and
    herbs above.
