i totally agree where would u draw the line? and i don't consider it law breaking. his reference was in a public school news letter. and i just thought religion wasn't allowed to be exspressed in that manner in public schools. this is just my opinion but, reffering to the constitution or bill of rights. is completely different than refering to the bible. the constitution and bill of rights are written law. something we all have to follow in this country no matter what religion we follow. the bible is a book we choose to believe is true. where as the constitution and bill of rights are documents that we must follow to legally live in this country. but that really wasn't my point i just thought there was a seperation of church and state. but i do agree with u that it is not morally wrong. just didn't think that was the best way to exspress ones self to a community. when there are so many differernt types of beliefs in that community. i just think of the peopl as whole and that some people could find this to be impressionable on our kids and if they don't believe in a god that could hurt their impression of that school system. and are school systems have enough problems. i mean and this is just hypothetical but what if he would had refered to a satanic book, which he would have the right to do, but he shouldn't. right?, there would be a lot more people in a up roar. my point is just there is a time and place. i believe u should have the right to believe anything. but not go to work and exspress it when others children are involved.
