Thank you JD, well, the Tahlequah paper has printed it.  I hadn't checked on Tulsa's yet.  Anyways, it's going to be an interesting battle I guess.  They finally told my father in law while in the hospital room.  Being in severe pain and having to deal with your brothers death is not an easy thing.  I don't know how I'd deal with that.  I had only known the man a little over a year and I, myself, am pretty upset over it.  I can tell you this though, the driver of the vehicle definately heard what I had to say.  I was extremely loud and clear to him.

I just don't get it.  And some women are putting on make-up while going down the road too.  People, if you do this.  Please start getting around early for whatever.  Please think about the people on the road.  I don't think the dude on the cell phone ever saw any of this coming.
