That sounds like Jon, the sexist pig I  once worked for at the  Zoo, he was a huge bully, almost hit me once,would have if someone hadn't been watching, lied to his superiors,(well actually ANYONE would have been superior to him), went to the casinos to gamble almost every day while being paid for supposedly being at work,  wrote me up for everything, when I went to Human Resources for help they threatened to terminate me for "disrespecting" my boss. The stress of being constantly harassed and mistreated finally made me so ill I was forced to give  up what would have been a very good, enjoyable  job, one I would have adored if not for my boss. Sometimes you just have to be realistic and go elsewhere, even if it pays less money, being appreciated, valued and treated with respect is worth more in the long run because it is a much healthier environment. I have a great boss now, I am valued, trusted, and I make more money. Haven't had one problem with any boss or co-worker since I left that job.
