Alcohol makes you really STUUUUUUPID!  That is why almost everyone who has a DUI has more than one arrest for the same thing.  Yeah, I think he is probably done in Tulsa at least, maybe not everywhere though, don't underestimate the people doing the job interviews, some are really lazy and never do a background at all no matter what the job entails.
