I would be out of a job if I was anything less than  a credible witness, I have spent years honing my powers of observation, and I am required to use it every day, as far as reporting a crime, I wouldn't hesitate for a second, never have and never will. If you don't want to be reported don't do anything criminal where I can see you, I am the worlds biggest tattletail when it comes to crime, I have zero  tolerance for criminals,  and I have a darn good memory for details, plus I write it all down immediately while it is fresh in my mind.
