I was told that sometimes when you're feeling hungry like with munchies or what not, that it's really dehydration and drinking a glass of water makes it go away. Once that realazation set in, I don't munch hardly at all anymore. I have little paper cups next to the fridge (water and ice in door) for the kids to be able to get drinks themselves, and it makes it, I don't want to say easier because it shouldn't be hard to drink water, but it makes it more convenient to do so.
I started working out with a trainer around 2 or 3 months ago. I started out at 180 and am now at 165. I didn't change how I ate or what I ate, but I did change my portions. I'm working on diet, but some things I'm just not willing to give up. I don't eat junk exclusively, but I don't eat healthy either. I cut down on sweets and I changed to diet soda, now regular soda just tastes gross anymore. I use splenda in my sweet tea and coffee. I use splenda for koolaid too...getting started was the hard part, the rest sorta falls into place after a bit
