Hiring family over qualified members of the police department who applied for the job would certainly be in keeping with her past choices. She and her husband claimed homestead exemption on two households, an obvious case of tax fraud, they paid their back taxes on this fraud when the fact was made public to Tulsa voters. She was also credited with voting in the presidential election in both Tulsa and Florida. She never said she didn't do it, just that it would have been stupid, until it was made public that the hard copy she would have signed at the precinct in Tulsa had been destroyed. So we can only presume whether or not she also commited voter fraud in addition to the tax fraud she was definately guilty of; and yet the voters of this city chose her! I can only sit back and shake my head at the idiots who did this, yes she's mayor of my town but at least I voted intellegently and voted against her. Of course I'm stuck with the same mayor as those who voted for her. Maybe we'll vote in a more honorable person next election.
