A prescription for unprotected sex? Were where these guys when I was growing up? So do they have plans to take care of the venereal diseases and other issues that go along with unprotected sex also?
We need to be teaching them responsibility and control, not "Do what you want because we have a drug to fix it".

Wait a sec, sorry for the third post but let me get this straight.
Under age sex is illegal
The Govt is sanctioning a "Morning after pill" for underage children to play hide the monkey.
If they get caught does someone get arrested because underage sex is illegal?
Do the parents get blamed because "Unca Sam" said it's O.K.?
Do the children need to be admonished for something "Unca Sam" gave them permission to do?
If they do get arrested can they get the charges dropped because they took measures not to get pregnant?

If they get caught, can't the Govt get arrested for aiding to the delinquency of a minor?

Should I fish or cut bait? Which came first, the chicken or the egg? If I drink a bottle of whiskey and get sick, can I take it to the store and get a refund?
