THERE IS A TREE WITH SHOES HANGING FROM IT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WESTBOUND LANE ON THE BROKEN ARROW EXPRESSWAY. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY?

hi...i would like to know myself...i have seen tennis shoes hanging from the electric/telephone wires & it really puzzled me so i hope someone knows this answer...

I wouldn't worry about it, unless, of course, someone is hanging from them particular shoes.
This phenomena happens in most of the English speaking world. Ive heard that it's gang initiation, locations for crack houses, sexual scores, etc.
I think it's just kids seeing it somewhere else and deciding to do it. So no worries, Unless of course there is someone hanging from it, or part of someone.

hi kindagreywolf, i had heard a few of the things that you mentioned plus a few more but i'll take your advice and not worry about this...it did remind me of another really strange thing i saw while i was in albuquerque a couple years ago...there was a telephone pole in my grandmother's neighborhood that had high heels/stilettos nailed to the top, there was not an inch that wasn't covered like this...i passed this then i wanted a picture of it & i got lost & could never find it again.....

In my entrance coming to my house, their is 8 pairs of shoes. The only thing I know

About it is on the last day of school last year is when they done it. There is two electric lines with 4 pair of shoes on each line.
