OK, this judge who ruled that it was not breaking any laws for that grown man to stick a camera under a 16 year old girls skirt and take a picture because it did'nt happen in a place where one would reasonably expect privacy. He is an TOTAL IDIOT AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL HIMSELF A JUDGE! So that means you could take pictures of nude kids on the beach?  One cannot reasonably expect beaches to be private. What about showers at the fitness clubs, or the shared gym in schools and sports competitions?  Does no one care about our kids at all anymore?  This a**hole now has a picture of this minor kids butt, when did this stop being PORN?  Guess that pervert shared the pics with the dirty old man judge. If I was that girls dad, that sicko perv would get to eat that camera.

So the guy should be arrested for taking a picture under her skirt even though she is dressed like a $20 hooker?

Last year there were two "Self defense cases". One was on Riverside. The police determined it was self defense, then wound up pressing charges. We have cops being convicted of all sorts of weird things, dying in jail and everything else.
I am going to question any news report where someone is charged for ANYTHING.

He was charged under the "Peeping Tom" law. I am sure if he jammed it up there, they could have gotten him for assault, sexual assault, assaulting a minor, and a few other charges.

I do not and never will approve of women walking around in such a way that shows there assets. I also do not approve of males showing there junk do to short clothing, or this baggy pants crap. If this is O.K. I am going to squeeze my fat butt in a pair of Speedos and a t-shirt and go for a walk down the street.

Here's a good example, I will ask mom for the news paper clipping if you want it. I was a building manager/Security for an Apartment complex. We had an issue. Cops were called, they took care of it.
The local news did a report saying that there was a major drug bust,  a tenant was shot and prostitutes where arrested..

Now the rest of the story. There was a drug dealer on premises. We had gotten in an argument, he pulled a gun. I decided to kick the gun out of his hand (dumb move), the gun discharged into my leg. We were both shocked that it went off. He takes off. I go back in the house and call 911. In police fashion were a gun is involved, they show up in force. A tenant had come the office to pay rent. As the police pulled in, he was handing a female manager some of his rent. He had just came home and didn't know what was going on. He had about an ounce of pot in his pocket. The other manager didn't have the receipt book as she was trying to get to the first aid, took the cash without the receipt book, she was the prostitute. It took a day and a couple calls to get her out and the tenant was also released.
I wasn't a "Tenant" I was the Building Manager.
The female wasn't a prostitute, She was a building manager from another complex the landlord owned
The "Drug Dealer", was a tenant that worked 60 hours a week and liked to smoke a doobie when he got home.

I can see both sides.  A woman wearing a skirt reasonably can expect to go out in public without having pictures taken of all her business.  That reminds me of the old mirror-on-the-shoe routine. 

But then again, I've learned that whatever can be seen from a public area is not really private to begin with.  If the husband and I were to engage in marital activities with our blinds up, and someone were to drive by on the street and take a picture, that would be legal.  (Unless they walked up on our property, which would be considered trespassing if we had a sign prohibiting it.)  If I'm at Lake Keystone taking pictures, and someone's kid ends up in the shot, I don't legally have to get the parents' permission to have that picture because they were in a public place.

If the law were such that we had to get the permission of everybody who might end up in a photographer's shot or video, that would suck.  Like if you took a picture at your kid's soccer game, you'd have to track down all the kids that ended up in the shot and secure their parents' permission.

  Sure if she had been in a bikini or naked, maybe she should have expected some man to take a photo or at least stare, but this kid was just shopping, wearing a dress, and someone simply put a camera up her skirt and took a shot of her butt, if she wasn't a minor, I guess I wouldn't even take notice of it, but as far as I am concerned, if she was wearing a dress and not a pair of short shorts or a bikini, she WAS trying to hide her a**,  and obviously did not want to publicly display her private parts, or she would have been wearing a see through dress or something else transparent, she didn't provoke him in any way, or invite him to do this, lets just forget the harrassment, anyone who takes a photo of a minor childs a** is instantly in possession of child porn, and that IS a crime, period.

Yes, if a man and woman were having sex in front of an open window, not only would they be subject to someone taking photos, but also arrest for indecent exposure and lewd/ laschivious behavior, and depending on what they looked like, maybe environmental pollution, I don't know, but as far as this kid,   UH, maybe she likes to shop for new clothes or groceries or whatever. I know there ARE perverts out there, I wear a dress once in awhile, I don't expect to have some guy stick a camera under my dress and snap a pic though, that isn't something you can really expect or prepare for is it? I guess if I could see anything at all to make me think this girl was in any way responsible for what this guy did, I would take my soap box and go home, but from what I have seen and heard, she was dressed perfectly acceptable for the occasion, (SHOPPING, ) she wasn't bar hopping or stripping in public, she tried to prosecute, which meant she did not appreciate or agree with what he did to her, she was a minor, and she does have a right to keeping her private, covered parts private, and not splashed on some website for sick, twisted, sex deprived old perverts to get their jollys by. But then, I am a career mom, and I will always without fail err on the side of the kids, I admit I am now and have always been a strong advocate for kids, and I will sock anyone in the nose who hurts one in any way if I know about it, even if it isn't my kid, I have kind of a tribal view, kids belong to us all, and as adults (elders) we should protect them  or discipline them (not physically of course) as we would our own natural born.
