    DTV? HDTV? What are they?

All I can say is my understanding is limited on this subject and I bow to the wisdom of other sources. Here is one source:  http://www.dtvanswers.com/

It is very easy to understand. DTV is the switch to Digital Telivision so you got to get a coupon to buy the box to work the TV, so no more FREE TV unless you get the box. HDTV is High Definition Telivision so to get HD you have to buy a HDTV and subscribe to High Definition from your Cable/Sattelite producer and HD gives amazing TV quality.

FOX23 is already carrying programs in High Definition over-the-air, and you dont have to subscribe to anything.
All you need is either a converter for your older TV (that the coupons are for) or a newer TV with a tuner that can tune digital channels.  A good antenna in the attic wouldnt hurt, either.

People that already subscribe to satellite or cable arent really affected.

Unless you quit paying the bill, lol.  I believe most people in Oklahoma probably subscribe to something though.

Re: DTV? HDTV? What are they?

Is Fox23's digital signal at full strength now?  My converter box says the signal I'm receiving is weak. Do you plan to boost the signal on June 12?

    Thank you.
