My best friend and I decided that we would go to Creek Nation Casino yesterday afternoon just to have some fun and spend some time together. We walked in and immediately went to the restroom. While in the restroom, the power went out. At first we just thought that someone turned the light out on their way out the door and we started making jokes that it was probably someone with an OCD about turning off the lights. We didn't really worry until another lady entered and we asked if she could turn on the lights. She replied that almost the whole casino was experiencing a power outage. So this leads us to safety rule number one for the ladies: DON'T LEAVE YOUR PURSE HANGING ON THE HOOK Of THE DOOR. My friend hadn't even thought about this, but then it is not very often that you are going to have a power outage at the casino. When we finally finished our business there, we entered into the casino to find a winning machine! It was quite a site! There were individuals patiently waiting at their seats of luck and just staring at their machines to resume play. We found two seats together between two ladies that were still waiting for their machines to begin at any time. This is where Mr. Scam Artist/Future Inmate to Feed and House on Taxpayer Money enters into the scene. He tries to intimidate us and says "These were my machines and I was here and just walked away for a minute before the lights went off." He carried on about these being "his" machines. Being the very outspoken woman that I am, I was starting to grow tired of his relentless babbling to my friend, turned to him and said "What's the problem?" He then started carrying on about he just got up for a minute BLAH BLAH BLAH! I then responded with a very sharp "What's your point?" He bowed his chest towards me (oh, i'm so scared! lol) "I want my seats back because I have money to cash out on these." he said. I stood up and told him "Chest to Chest Bud! You just messed with the wrong woman who was just terminated from her job this morning! By the way, you obviously are not gifted with common sense! Why would you get up before the lights went out and leave your machine unattended with money in it? Oh yeah, just how much money did you have on your machines?" Before all of this occurred, the ladies next to us had whispered that he was never at these machines. So I was fully aware what he was up to. I told him that if he did indeed have money on the machines that were "his" we would gladly give it back to him right after security checked the cameras to verify his winnings. To basically sum this story up because I know that you know where this is going. . . he was being watched by security and removed from the casino when they found him trying to pull the same scam on some women in the other end of the building. We also reported to casino workers, security, and supervisors that three ladies sitting about five machines away from us were with this guy. They quickly straightened up their act as well. Although, I know that this is more than likely a very rare experience to have a power outage in a casino (which we later found out was due to a transformer blowing up somewhere). However, I would like to commend all the employees, security, and supervisors of the Creek Nation Casino for maintaining a safe and calm environment. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They also took care of the "Scam Artist" that didn't quite have his scam together!
love me. . . love my dogs!
