    Officers dressed as road workers are ticketing drivers for speeding AND CELL PHONE USE?  Tell me just when Oklahoma instituted a law against cell phone useage while driving.  Not a good idea, I agree.  But, a ticketing offence?  I don't think so.Automobile

    thats awesome, im so glad there ticketing for cell phone use while driving. its about time.
