Is this true? i eat alot of healthy choice meals...salads...sushiStick out tongue...and il eat the occasional fast food once a month

I've had low blood pressure for quite a long time

sometimes too low... say about 89/58 and ive blacked out a few times. im tired all time.

ive read about hypotension and mostly old people get it but im only 20...

I know when I knocked salt out of my diet, my BP plummeted for awhile.
Next thing to ask your self are you dieting correctly?

hmm for lunch. i had mashed potatoes corn carrots and peas, cranberry dessert and breaded chicken tenders. all in small proportions, and a pudding.

    didnt have anything for breakfast

and i'll probably go home today and drink another diet coke and eat raw ramen noodles and thats about  it.

forgot to mention. i freeze all the time.  a perfect temperature in house for me is about 78 degrees. or hotter. and everyone else sweats bullets at that temp. since im the minority the temp gets down to 70 degrees so i gotta go year round wearing a coat.

and im one of those kids that can eat fast food and not gain te weight cause of a high metabolism + i heardly exercise.

i chose not to eat fast food all the time though
