Are some of the problems we attribute to race relations actually problems with police relations?

Reverend Al Sharpton was hogging as much camera time in New York following the acquittal of three officers who fired 50 rounds into newlywed Sean Bell, playing the race card despite the fact that two of the shooters of the black victim were also black.

But now it's on to Philadelphia where a news helicopter caught this:

Was it a coincidence so many "bad apples" happened to be in one spot all doing the same thing, or does this behavior indicate a much larger problem (or at least one traditionally mis-identified)?

Someone needs to beat the hell out of Al Sharpton, he causes so much s**t because of his big mouth and always screaming about racial injustice. I think the police are just angry and stressed like the rest of us by conditions, they happen to have the means and opportunity to act on it, plus there is often a camera nearby when they do. I don't think it has anything to do with race, just anger, fear, stress and the sense of impending doom we all feel now, I know I am pretty critical of Police, but they do have bills and families too, they are trying to meet responsibilities just like everyone else. Just have to wonder why that many cops were hit with the sudden urge to take it out on that guy at the same time.

Sharpton is a jerk anyway, back in 1987 he set up a 15 year old girl to accuse some white men of kidnapping and raping her, one of the men was a cop and another was a prosecutor, turns out he lied and it was all just revenge gone bad. Now he owes over $1.5 million to the IRS, of course he will walk away just like he always does.

Lol he has done more than that. He's looked stupid quite a few times pulling the "Race Card", only to find out it wasn't racial.

  Yes, but he always walks away smelling like a rose!  At least one former Mayor of NYC apparently loves him, was quoted in the article.
