Alright.. if she's dressed like a hooker she and Momma need to be slapped. HOWEVER.... this doesn't give anyone the right to do ignorant things. Kids are stupid. They aren't mature mentally. THAT in mind tells you that the adult in the rest of us calls the shots. Put the camera down, *****.

yo patriot, the peeping law does define privacy to be in a shower or dressing room.  From what I understand, this was out in the opening.  However, I do agree with you.  He should have been fined or locked away.  I mean, this is a form of sexual harrassment.  I don't care how you look at it.  She could have been wearing a bikini, you take a pic and she doesn't like it, it's harrassment.

  Sure if she had been in a bikini or naked, maybe she should have expected some man to take a photo or at least stare, but this kid was just shopping, wearing a dress, and someone simply put a camera up her skirt and took a shot of her butt, if she wasn't a minor, I guess I wouldn't even take notice of it, but as far as I am concerned, if she was wearing a dress and not a pair of short shorts or a bikini, she WAS trying to hide her a**,  and obviously did not want to publicly display her private parts, or she would have been wearing a see through dress or something else transparent, she didn't provoke him in any way, or invite him to do this, lets just forget the harrassment, anyone who takes a photo of a minor childs a** is instantly in possession of child porn, and that IS a crime, period.
