    Who Fox23 Interviews?

Is it just me or does fox23 always find the most white trash people to interview? In the story tonight about the murder in south Tulsa both of the men they interviewed looks like they just crawled out from under a rock! Is this just the only people they can interview or the only ones willing to speak! How embarrassing for any visitors who maybe in there Hotel room or with family watching the newscast I just wonder how they pick there interviewees?

    Re: Who Fox23 Interviews?

Fox 010111 is like any news station, Except Fox 010111 is not just a local news station, its national.
Unfortunately, when wanting to be first on a a breaking news article, you can't pick the brightest of the bunch and get it on T.V. in time.
So who are they going to pick to interview? Is it the smart person that left the area or locked themselves in the home, which they have to find? Or is it the local idiot playing in the stuff?
Oklahoma THINKS it has the market cornered on stupid rednecks, they are sadly mistaken. I have seen news videos of NY that has brought nothing but shame. As a matter of fact, every state I have been in has did it, so don't blame your news stations!

Fox23 does a great job of bringing the news to the public, what a person looks like isn't the object of the news. I think you were rasists about referring people as "WHITE TRASH", that was so uncalled for. For your information, most of the people that you refer to as "TRASH" are the only one's that will give information, since the others don't want to get involved. Some times, that's the reason police can't catch a criminal, cause the cute people hide. Would you put on here about any other race as being "TRASH?" No you wouldn't, cause you'd be sued. So! Zip it!. I'm not white, but it doesn't matter. (cricket)

Some people just gravitate to cameras more than others.  It's not a Tulsa thing by a long shot  (look at the people who surrender their dignity to be on TV with Judge Judy).   Some people become reluctant authorities simply because they were in the right place at the wrong time.

On the other hand, it's not the easiest thing to quickly come up with eight seconds of intelligent-sounding analysis when you have to face the business end of a lens.  (The exception are "spokespersons" who are toeing a line somewhere and dont wander too far from the script).

FOX23 is a local station, but it also contributes to outlets like CNN and FOX News.

    Re: Who Fox23 Interviews?

I was about to say, "What is this, a spelling class?"  What I'd like to know is why is that everytime a person gets put in their place on here, they try some snappy come back starting with correcting spelling and grammar?  That's just like that lady that got her kids taken away and basically tried to say the system failed her.  Ok, so I was wrong on "SOME" things on there.  But, I was still right when I told her that she deserved to loose them since she outright refused to fight for them.  Same thing, her come back first started out with grammar and spelling corrections.  When are people going to learn.  This is a message board.  Not a grammar or spelling class.  Sure, you don't want some idiot on here that you cannot understand but if it's just errors here and there.  SHUT UP.
